🀝 For Agencies Only

A silent WordPress partner
your clients never know exists.

70%+ of my work is white-label for agencies in the UK, US, and UAE. NDA signed before any project detail is shared. I work inside your project management tool, under your brand, and I never contact your clients directly.

No sales pitch. NDA sent before we discuss any scope, not after. WhatsApp usually gets the fastest reply.

The honest version

What white-label actually means here

Not a marketing phrase. Here's exactly how it works operationally.

πŸ”’

Your NDA, not mine

I sign the agency's NDA before any project detail is shared - not my own boilerplate. That way it already covers your obligations to your own client, with no mismatch between two overlapping agreements.

πŸ’¬

I work inside your tools

Slack, Asana, Linear, Trello, your PM system of choice. I don't bring my own workflow and ask you to adapt to it. If your client is ever on a call, I join as "the dev team" or under your agency email - never as an outside vendor.

🌍

Timezone overlap, not just async replies

I keep UK/US/UAE overlap deliberately, because a client-facing question sitting unanswered for a day becomes your problem, not mine. Async-only is exactly where white-label relationships quietly break down.

πŸ“¦

Code you can hand to anyone

No page-builder lock-in, no proprietary shortcodes. Standard WordPress underneath - Sage 10, ACF, or Gutenberg-native depending on what you specify. Any developer you bring in later can pick it up.

The process

How a partnership actually starts

1

A small, low-risk first project

Not a full client build on day one. A single scoped engagement - a performance audit, a fixed-price fix - so you can see how I handle deadlines and communication before committing anything larger.

2

NDA, then the real brief

Once the NDA is signed, we go into actual scope: your client's requirements, your delivery timeline, and how visible you want me to be (fully silent vs. joining calls under your brand).

3

I work inside your process

Staging environment, PM tool, brand guidelines - whatever you already run. I fit into it rather than asking you to fit into mine.

4

Delivery, then the retainer conversation

If the first project goes well, most agencies move to an ongoing arrangement: a fixed monthly block of hours for maintenance, fixes, and new features across their client portfolio - one predictable invoice instead of per-ticket billing.

How agencies engage me

Two ways to work together

Project-based

One client build, scoped and fixed-price. Good starting point for a new agency relationship.

  • βœ“Fixed price agreed before work starts
  • βœ“Real deadline, not a moving target
  • βœ“NDA + white-label as standard
  • βœ“Handoff documentation included
Most agencies land here

Monthly retainer

A fixed block of hours across your client portfolio - fixes, small features, maintenance - billed once a month.

  • βœ“One predictable invoice, not per-ticket billing
  • βœ“Priority response for retainer clients
  • βœ“Covers multiple client sites under one arrangement
  • βœ“Scales up or down as your portfolio changes

No published price list - retainer and project pricing depend on scope and client-portfolio size. A real number after a 15-minute call, not a guess upfront.

FAQ

Questions agencies actually ask

No, not unless you specifically want me to join a call under your brand or a shared email address. The default is fully silent - you manage all client communication, and I deliver through you.

It's yours. Nothing is reused, referenced, or shown in a future portfolio without separate permission from you. Credentials and code live inside whatever repo or PM system you specify, not on my own infrastructure, unless you specifically want a staging environment hosted for QA.

I flag it to you directly, not your client, with options and a revised estimate before proceeding. Going around you to your own client is exactly the kind of thing that ends a white-label relationship, and I treat it as a hard line.

Tell me upfront when a client has a same-day deadline. UK/US/UAE timezone overlap is deliberate specifically so this doesn't become a problem - a client-facing question doesn't have to sit unanswered for a day.

Yes, but I only take 1-2 new projects at a time specifically so quality doesn't slip. If you need guaranteed dedicated capacity, that's exactly what a monthly retainer is for.

That's the recommended path, not a compromise. A single scoped project - an audit, a fixed-price fix - is how most agency relationships with me actually start, before any retainer conversation.
